I commenced training as a Jungian Analytical Psychotherapist with the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy in 2004. I have undertaken a 2 year ‘infant observation’ study where I have observed an infant’s developing capacities to relate and interact within the family environment. These early interactions shape our ability to relate and manage stress in adult life.

I abide by the West Midlands Institute of Psychotherapy Code of Conduct Guidelines.

I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and am bound by their Code of Conduct Guidelines.

I have past counselling experience working within Higher Education with young adults. In my private practice I work with adults of all ages. I am also working within the NHS in an adult psychotherapy clinic.
